Refund Policy

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at thecapitaldept@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All Customers We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at thecapitaldept@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and digital products are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
